DALLAS, TX – The 2026 Southwestern Psychological Association hosted its 72nd Annual conference on March 27, 2026 – March 29, 2026, at Embassy Suites. The conference included talks and presentations from across universities in the Southwestern region of America.

Groups from ULM presented topics in Educational Psychology, Neuroscience, and Personality, Identity, and Context.

March 27th, 2026

Kaitlyn Morris presented Neural comparison of solo and social decision-making using qEEG in card games. Dr. Seth Tackett and Joshua Lindsay gave an oral presentation on How Fear of Failure Shapes Student Self-Efficacy.

March 29th, 2026
